Why doesn't QwikSpy record every keystroke?
QwikSpy doesn't record every keystroke because our research has shown that most users find it overwhelming and incredibly time consuming to wade through and make sense of keystroke data. By default the Snapshot resolution is set to High, this is because some users find it easier to read the contents of the Snapshots. However, most users find it easy to read at Low resolution. How do I view Snapshots when QwikSpy is in "Shared User Mode"?
When QwikSpy is in "Shared User Mode" you must double click SSH.EXE on your hard drive to make the Configure and Snapshot User Interface Windows visible. Once the Windows are visible you can Configure QwikSpy and View Snapshots.
