Skyview
MindStrength’s integrated analytics uses patented algorithms to measure each employee’s engagement and progress, a metric we call the Traction Index. These metrics roll up into the SkyView (TM) dashboard, giving you insights into your team’s engagement with their mission and grasp of the knowledge they need to perform. SkyView informs the actions you may consider taking to drive higher performance -- if the Traction Index is lagging, you may want to consider making more investments in training or visit a particular office more frequently to shore up morale.
